Never had enough time with the hectic schedule as a former route driver (2018-2019) in Hope with an unmatched top performance record nobody can replicate despite vain attempts by replacements. I delivered goods to them a few times, and the owners were nice people. I am sure the food echoes their friendly demeanor, and like all in Hope, they showcase the best in people. Try it out....

A solid three stars. I came here in part because I read quite a few negative reviews. I also had a craving for baked lasagna.
On the service: We arrived right when the doors opened, at 4 pm; so the place was not inundated with customers. There were no issues with service, and our waitress (Desiree) was very personable and gave us great service.
The squid appy was nice - not outstanding, but fair; I quite enjoyed it. Very nice pitas and hummus!
My wife had a chicken souvlaki, which she reported was very enjoyable. I had a baked lasagna.
The menu claims the lasagna here is the 'best in town'. I figure either that means it's very good or else the only one in town. Well, I'm pretty sure the lasagna here isn't the only one in town, bit I can honestly say I don't remember the last time I had a lasagna that was so lacking in flavor. It would be difficult to make a lasagna that is more bland than the one I had here. I ate two bites, but could not compel myself to eat more of it.
My overall experience here was a pleasant one, and I do believe I'll probably return at some point, perhaps after several years, as I rarely eat at Greek restaurants.
Other reviews notwithstanding, I would recommend this restaurant, based on the service I experienced, but only if you aren't too fussy about the level of flavor of the food you receive. -

Best food in Hope. Try the roast lamb and Greek salad. Not very busy and classic Greek decoration. I loved it and will be back.

Had a lovely meal with our kids on our way through Hope. Fresh and healthy. We only had the chicken souvlaki but it was delicious.

My husband and I accidentally drove past the restaurant we had intended to eat dinner at, got lost, and ended up coming here instead. We were happy that we did! The service was good, the food was yummy, prices were good, and the ambiance was really nice inside. Definitely give it a try if you happen to, for some weird reason, find yourself in Hope, BC.
